Looks Great On

Wear Teal Me You Mean It when the itinerary leaves room for discovery: hidden beaches, cenote swims, waterfall hikes, island hopping, snorkeling days, kayaking, coastal road trips, sunrise boat rides, or a resort day that turns into an unplanned trail to somewhere quieter. Travel-wise, it belongs naturally in Palawan and El Nido in the Philippines, Okinawa and the Yaeyama Islands in Japan, Krabi and the Trang islands in Thailand, Bacalar and the Yucatán cenotes in Mexico, Raja Ampat in Indonesia, the Cook Islands, Fiji, Sardinia, and Croatia's island coves — places where the water itself becomes the color story. Pair it with cream linen, white tanks, charcoal or olive shorts, washed denim, technical sandals, silver chains, woven bags, lightweight overshirts, utility pieces, sunglasses, water-friendly shoes, and relaxed layers that move easily between trail, boat, and town. For beauty, keep it elemental: fresh skin, sunscreen glow, brushed brows, minimal complexion, subtle teal or smoky liner if desired, and hair with natural texture or color accents that feel personal rather than overly styled. On nails, try teal blue French tips, water-ripple linework, lagoon aura gradients, negative-space waves, tiny silver accents, glossy tonal designs, or pair it with sand nude, cream, deep navy, emerald, turquoise, silver, and sheer pearl Color Plus shades for a coastal-adventure palette.

How To Use

After prep, apply a thin even layer of Gelish Foundation or Quick Release Base Gel and cure. Apply Gelish Color Plus Gel Polish shade of choice, cap free edge, and cure. Repeat. Apply a thin layer of Gelish No Cleanse Top Coat and cure. Finish with Gelish Nourish Cuticle Oil.

To remove, lightly file surface. Saturate a remover wrap with Gelish Artificial Nail Remover. Wrap nail, soak 10-15 minutes. Gently remove remaining gel with orangewood stick.

Curing Tips for Gelish Color Plus

1. Rich color needs a full cure. Color Plus is highly pigmented, so it needs a complete cure. If you aren't using our Gelish 18G LED Light, we recommend a 60-second cure for each layer of Color Plus.

2. Apply in thin layers. Thin coats cure evenly and give you the smoothest finish. If you see any wrinkling, that layer isn't fully cured. Put it back under the lamp for another 60 seconds.
