Morgan Taylor Nail Lacquer's Scandalous added an extra touch of color to the Badgley Mischka Fall/Winter 2020 Collection. Master manicurist, Jackie Saulsbery, used a hot red crème, Scandalous, to create a bold pop of color to complement a collection that was filled with sumptuous fabrications of velvets, laces and brocades.
